Required Experience / Skills:-

1. Master's Degree in Physical Education from a recognized University with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade. 3 to 8 years relevant experience in a supervisory level post carrying a salary in PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with GP of Rs. 4600/4200 in a Govt. organisation or equivalent salary in Public / Private Sector.Having specialization in Badminton, Football, Hockey, Athletics, Lawn Tennis or Swimming.
2. Candidate with Diploma course in Sports Coaching from S.A.I., N.S.N.I.S., Patiala or its other academic centres with minimum 55% marks will be preferred. 
3. Represented the country in Major International recognised competitions OR participation in the recognised Senior National Championships OR two times participation in All India University / Recognised Junior / Youth National Championships.
4. Minimum of 1 year work experience in the field of Sports Coaching.
5. Candidates qualifying the national level test (NET)conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC and passed the physical fitness test conducted in accordance with these regulations will be preferred.
6. Proficiency in English Speaking and Writing. If no suitable candidate is found at O2 level, the candidate will be considered for lower level at O3 (i.e. Pay range Rs. 40000 to Rs. 56000/-, Annual Increment Rs. 4000/-).
