Age Limit as on 15th Oct 2016: 21-45 years

Qualification:

1. English Stenographer Grade-I (Class-II): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification and Speed in English Shorthand 120 wpm and basic knowledge of Computer
2. English Stenographer Grade-II (Class-III): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification and Speed in English Shorthand 100 wpm and basic knowledge of Computer
3. Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I (Class-II): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification and Speed in Gujarati Shorthand 90 wpm and basic knowledge of Computer
4. Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I (Class-III): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification and Speed in Gujarati Shorthand 75 wpm and basic knowledge of Computer

Selection Procedure: 

• Selection will be based on Stenography/Skill Test, Viva-Voce test, Written Test (Objective Type-MCQs)

1. Date of Stenography/Skill Test (English/Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I): 19th Nov 2016
2. Date of Viva-Voce Test (Oral Interview) (English/Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I): Dec’ 16/Jan’ 17
3. Date for Written Exam (Objective Type –MCQs) (English/Gujarati Stenographer Grade-II): 20th Nov 2016 (Morning Session)
4. Date of Stenography/Skill Test (English/Gujarati Stenographer Grade-II): 20th Nov 2016 (Afternoon Session)
