Job Role:

1. Carrying out Human Resource Planning with functional Heads , Finalizing job profile, Scrutinizing & Communicating with Potential candidates & fixing Interviews , taking initial Interviews , Negotiating & finalizing Salary.
2. Co-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements.
3. Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates.
4. Business Development.
5. Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement.
6. Arrange the interviews of candidates with the clients
7. Handle walk-ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives.
8. Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position.

Recruitment Executive

Eligibility :   BVSc, BSc, MCA, Vocational Training, Certificate Course (ITI), Diploma, B.Com,                              BA, 12th Pass (HSE), 10th Pass (SSC), M.Com, BBA/BBM, MA, BCA,                                                MBA/PGDM, BE/B.Tech, BHM, BEd, MEd, PG Diploma, MSW, MSc, MS, MHM
