Age Limit: 

• Candidates age should be 28 years or below as on the last date for receipt of application. Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ Female candidates will be given as per DST norms.

Educational Qualification: 

• Candidates should possess Master degree (M.Sc) in Physics with at least 55% and valid NET/ GATE score with preferable specialization in Materials science/ Solid State Physics for S.No-1 & B.E/ B. Tech or equivalent in Electronics related disciplines with good GATE/ NET score for S.No-2.

Selection Process:- Candidates will be selected based on interview.
