Position :- Manager-Sales Accounting
Experienc :- 5 to 10 years
Functional Competencies:-
- Design Standard Operating Procedure for Sales Accounts.
- Design of Credit Limit fixation procedure and approve, evaluate and recommend credit limits of channel members and customers to ensure credit risk management and monitor payment of account receivables.
- Monitor revenue collection status on a periodic manner and ensure adherence to preset collection timeliness; recommend corrective actions to respective Sales Team in case of deviations to minimize working capital requirements.
- Ensure ZERO Bad Debts and Nil month end outstanding at the required frequency. (Credit Risk Management)
- Responsible for making the effective use of cash by eliminating the idle floats And educating sales team in realizing that CASH is KING thereby improving the cash flow & financial position of the company. (Cash Management).
- Responsible for managing working capital by closely monitoring the debtors & stocks and thereby reducing the debtors NOD and ensure the faster disposal of stock to avoid damage loss & blockage of working capital. (Debtors & inventory Management)
- Application by Sales Team. Monitoring the warehouse prices of all competitors (market intelligence).
- Timely Issuance of Debit / Credit Note.
- Tracking of Provision vs Actual – SGN&A, Distribution Cost, Discounts / Incentives, Sampark Setu, etc (Operation & Revenue Management)
