Positions :- 1 General Manager

Functional Competencies:- 

1. 1.Overall responsible for operation and trouble shooting of RMHS,RAW MILL, COAL MILL, PYRO PROCESSING,& QUALITY section & APCD.
2. 2.Responsible for meeting the budgeted targets. & Developing plans & schedules, arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per pre-set parameters. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity.
3. 3.Heading the Manufacturing set up, from winning the Raw Materials to dispatch of finished goods i.e. Clinker with over employees (both regular as well on contract basis) working under him.
4. 4.Active participation with work groups for conducting system audits & detailing on quality requirement and finalizing the quality plan.
5. 5.Responsible for shut-down planning and execution Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity by enhancing quality, process and feedback system. Responsible for developing and implementing technology to improve productivity Multi skill training of CCR operator / Technicians/ attendant / by trained them inter changing their job and to conduct departmental awareness meetings. & Training of machinery attendant / technician at site Documentation and implementation of systems on the basis of ISO-9001:2000 and ISO-14001:2004 Highly sensitive to Environmental Norms and Safety of Operations.
