Sallery: - 67000 to 91000

Appt Type: On Contract for a period of 5 years

Age Limit: 55 yrs

Qualification: Master's Degree (Counselling)with 20 years of experience

Required Experience / Skills:

• Master's degree in Counselling with at least 20 years of experience in counselling students with regards to their Experienced in training and supporting student mentors in a competitive engineering institution.

Desirable Skills:

1. Ability to train groups of students on academic stress management, decision making, time management, goal development,career etc.
2. Expertise in managing social media and other contemporary technologies for conducting counselling outreach activities amongst the student community.
3. Ability to develop written training material and manual to be used in workshops and online media for educating students on managing emotional issues like peer pressure, fear of failure, anger management etc.
4. Interface with other professionals inside and outside of the Institute to help conduct lectures, exhibitions and other events to build awareness about the need for counselling.

The post is Part-time on contract for 5 years (4 days per week. Salary payable on pro-rata basis).
