Position :- Head - RMC Ready Mix Concrete

Experience :- 8 to 15 years

Functional Competencies:-

1. Develop new area for business with Private & Govt. Clients. Implementation of items as per avail. Technology.
2. Excellent techno-commercial skills, with thorough knowledge of vendor management, material procurement, import procedures. Liaising with subcontractors on a regular basis and maintaining business relations.
3. Adept at estimation & budgeting, contractual matters, and financial matters.
4. On-site management considering technical details and operation methodologies, leading engineering teams, ensuring timely availability of materials, liaising with local authorities for project clearances and approvals, mobilization of economic resources, and monitoring of daily operation schedules.
5. Successfully integrating and coordinating mechanical / electrical work into the operation; directing multidisciplinary teams on the project.
6. Organization and coordination of subcontracted works and ensuring operation in accordance with contract documents including work order, safety specifications and quality
